Costa Rica, Hacienda La Minita is one of the last true Estate coffees they oversee and control all of the coffee preparation, from beginning in the nursery through final milling. La Minita is a coffee estate located in the picturesque landscape of the Tarrazu region in central Costa Rica.

Guatemala Antigua "Santa Barbara", is a medium bodied coffee that has a sensuous floral aroma, with lively acidity and rich notes of spices, almond, hazelnut, and brown sugar.

Sumatra Mandheling "Pawani" is a full bodied, deep coffee with a rich, earthy aroma. The coffee drinks very smooth, and has a wonderfully soothing quality due to the low acidity. Pawani has a very round and bold weight, with hints of cocoa and exotic floral character that finishes long and slightly syrup like.
